  • 3 small apples, peeled and diced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, divided
  • 2 cups gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 12 oz almond milk
  • 1/3 cup powdered almond butter (can use almond flour or one different flour of different)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and spray a traditional baking dish (9 x 13) with oil or nonstick spray.
  2. In an enormous bowl, combine the apple, lemon juice, 1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
  3. Unfold the apples on the underside of the baking dish.
  4. Within the equivalent bowl, combine the remaining parts until properly mixed.
